Promote campaigns through traffic sources that are not permitted by the advertiser.
Publishers are responsible for maintaining the quality and legality of their traffic.
4. Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate campaign information, promotional requirements, commission structures, and other information necessary for publishers to promote their offers.
Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and validating conversions generated through their campaigns according to the applicable campaign terms.
Advertisers must comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to their products, services, advertising, and consumer transactions.
5. Affiliate Tracking and Conversions
CollabsHorizon may use tracking technologies to record clicks, referrals, conversions, and other performance events.
A conversion may be pending until it has been reviewed and approved by the applicable advertiser.
Conversions may be rejected, reversed, or adjusted where they are determined to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise outside the campaign requirements.
